สำนักงานสิริปัญญาออกแบบและจัดการ ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2545 ด้วยจุดประสงค์ครั้งแรก ในการรับผิดชอบงานในลักษระ Outsourcing ด้านการบริหาร-จัดการ การก่อสร้าง จากบริษัทพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ แห่งหนึ่ง โดยเข้าไปกำกับดูแล การบริหารการก่อสร้าง งานปรับปรุง-ต่อเติมบ้านของบุคคลระดับVIP. ในโครงการจัดสรร ที่มีความพิเศษกว่าบ้านมาตรฐานในโครงการ โดยต้องทำการออกแบบเพิ่มเติมรองรับด้วย และมีกำหนดเข้าใช้ที่ รวดเร็วมาก ในขณะที่ โครงการในขณะนั้น มีกำลังบุคลากรอันจำกัด สำหรับการ Service การขายและลูกบ้านทั่วไป เท่านั้น ทีมงานบริหารพาะกิจ จึงต้องถูกจัดตั้งขึ้น
